General Terms and Conditions of use

1. General

1.1 Electrobuster is a trade-name, which is registered with the tax authority in Ireland under VAT registration.1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all legal functions where Electrobuster acts as a supplier of products, excluding any other conditions. 1.3 Electrobuster does not accept any reservations on orders by the consumer. 1.4 Electrobuster reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The consumer acknowledges that Electrobuster has the authority to modify these general conditions and agrees to be bound by any modified general conditions. In the event of a significant modification to the general conditions, Electrobuster will notify all users via email and provide the modified general conditions.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer, Credit Cards/Laser/Maestro, Postal order, Bank draft, Check, or Paypal. More information on available payment methods can be found at the bottom of the website.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are subject to typographical errors. 3.2 All prices are exclusive of shipping charges, if applicable. 3.3 Offers made by Electrobuster are not binding unless confirmed in written correspondence. Offers are subject to product availability. Electrobuster reserves the right to cancel the agreement.

4. Supply

4.1 Electrobuster cannot guarantee the availability of all products. If a shortage occurs, the consumer will be notified, and any amount paid will be refunded. 4.2 Delivery will take place after the invoiced amount has been received in the Electrobuster account. Delivery will be made within 5 working days, if possible, after the payment has been received. Products will be shipped directly from our headquarters in Ireland. 4.3 Electrobuster may authorize partial shipments. Any extra costs associated with these shipments will be borne by Electrobuster.

5. Liability

5.1 Electrobuster is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the delivery of the products. 5.2 Electrobuster is not responsible for damage during the transfer of the products. 5.3 The delivery periods mentioned in section 4.2 are approximate and not binding. Electrobuster is not liable for any damages resulting from delays in delivery. 5.4 If a product is delivered with imperfections or if delivery fails, the consumer must notify Electrobuster in writing within 3 days.

6. Exchange

6.1 Product exchange is only possible if the delivered product is returned in its original (unopened) state within 3 days after delivery, and it is in the possession of Electrobuster. 6.2 The consumer is responsible for any costs associated with the desired exchange, including shipping costs.

7. Shipping Costs

7.1 Electrobuster calculates shipping costs per order, depending on the type of delivery. The costs are visible in the shopping cart. 7.2 Electrobuster reserves the right to require insured shipment for orders outside the EU. The consumer can refuse this requirement by notifying Electrobuster in writing, which will result in the cancellation according to condition 10.1. 7.3 The consumer is responsible for any additional costs related to the delivery of goods, such as additional postal fees or import duties.

8. Warranty

8.1 The consumer must thoroughly inspect delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify Electrobuster in writing within 3 days if any defects are found. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the delivered goods, and any warranty rights will expire. 8.2 Electrobuster provides a supplier guarantee (30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.), which expires in cases of improper use of the delivered products. 8.3 Manufacturer warranties do not cover:

• Replacement consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses, and recording or playback heads.
• Improper use of the product.
• Damage resulting from repairs performed by non-certified technicians.
• Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, shocks, lightning, power spikes, rust, and sand. Please refer to the user manual supplied with your product(s) for the exact terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty. Electrobuster will not be held responsible if the manufacturer does not honor the warranty for any of the aforementioned reasons. If the manufacturer’s warranty is not applicable, the manufacturer may provide the customer with a repair fee estimate. If the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs, administration charges may apply. If the customer decides to abandon the product, no additional charges will apply. The customer has 3 months to accept or reject the quote and pay the amount due. Failure to respond within this time will be considered as rejection of the quote, and no compensation will be issued. 8.4 Electrobuster offer exclusively supplier guarantee. These expire at improper use of the delivered products.When applying for warranty, the product must be returned to our store for repair with the original box and accessories. If a new product needs to be sent in exchange for the damaged one, it will be sent directly to the customer. The customer must enclose a printed copy of the receipt from our website and include a brief note about the problem with the product and the return address. All delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to include any of the above documents may result in delayed or declined warranty claims. Electrobuster will not be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping. 8.5 In addition to the warranty and the RMA procedure for defects, Electrobuster also offers a 3-day money-back guarantee for customer satisfaction. If the product is not as expected or the customer has changed their mind, a refund will be provided. Please note that the money-back guarantee does not include the delivery or shipping costs. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned by the customer at their own expense in its unopened original packaging within 3 days after delivery. However, the money-back guarantee does not apply to the following categories: Computers and Tablets, In-Car Entertainment, and Angel Eyes Headlights.

The legal guarantee concerning product conformity does not apply in the following cases:

• Damage caused by external factors such as shocks, lightning, power surges, rust, and sand.
• Damage caused by the customer’s failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use and installation of the product.
• Damage caused by the customer’s misuse of the product.
• Damage known to the customer at the time of placing the order.

Please note that in order to qualify for a refund, you must first contact the helpdesk and await instructions before returning the product.

9. Damages

9.1 Electrobuster will only be responsible for damages that can be attributed to deliberate misconduct or negligence on their part, or circumstances for which Electrobuster is legally liable.

10. Cancellation of Orders

10.1 The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 3 days of receiving the products. The consumer must notify Electrobuster in writing of the cancellation within this period. After receiving confirmation from Electrobuster, the product can only be returned in its original (unopened) state. Electrobuster will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Products with built-in memory and multimedia systems that have already been fitted in the vehicle are not eligible for cancellation and refund. 10.2 If the delivery period mentioned in section 4.2 has expired by more than 14 working days, the consumer has the option to cancel the order free of charge. The consumer must notify Electrobuster in writing of the cancellation. However, please note that Electrobuster does not offer a money-back guarantee for the following categories: Computers and Tablets, In-Car Entertainment, and Car Accessories.

11. Referral Discount

11.1 The policy regarding discounts in exchange for referral orders is subject to change by Electrobuster. 11.2 Discounts in exchange for referral orders will be granted after the referral is considered final, which is after payment and shipping of the order. 11.3 Granted discounts for future orders can be reversed in case of order cancellations and returns. 11.4 Electrobuster reserves the right to exclude or differentiate specific individuals or companies from participating in the discount program for referral orders. 11.5 A specific case to which sections 11.3 and 11.4 may apply is when a referral number becomes (partly) public knowledge or is used outside the context of friends.

12. Data Confidentiality & Security

12.1 Customer data will not be shared with any third parties, except for data exchanged with the payment service provider to facilitate online payments. 12.2 Customer data is always submitted over an SSL connection.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1 Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our advertisements on websites based on a user’s prior visits to our website. These vendors may use cookies to serve advertisements. Users can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.
