Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

• If the product you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@electrobuster.ie to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Perishable items.
• Items that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., earphones).
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

2. Refunds

2.1 Process

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.2 Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
